I am extremely frustrated with the lack of cooperation and transparency from this company.

I have formally requested a settlement amount in order to settle my account in full, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have failed to provide the requested figure.

This is unacceptable, as I am actively trying to resolve and settle the account, yet their delays and lack of response are preventing me from doing so.
