Pathetic and unprofessional service!!!

I have settled my 2 atlas finance accounts, yet this company keeps on sending me threatening sms and emails about being handed over.How do you send a paid-up letter for an account that is still active and not closed.I have been calling them every day and the manager is always in a meeting and admin on lunch what kind of business is this ...All i need to be removed from your database i dont owe you anything !!!!
