Bad service

Would like to launch complain with Debonairs Northgate Mall, we bought Large pizza and wings and decided to buy 3 water bottles but my son he wanted sprite not water when we try to exchange one water for sprite the cashier by the name of Portia she refused said is not possible with a serious attitude. I request her name she said NO because she knew I wanted to report her bad behavior and service. She decided to refund us for the water NOT exchange.
