De Lucia our complexes new mismanaging agent-they duly *******ly instructed that the pre paid electrical supplier, block our meter-for over a week, the time it snowed in July. Despite been instructed to reconnect by CSOS,and reminded to operate within ambits of the law, in administering the scheme, they then dragged the reconnection and then *******ly instructed the electrical supplier to further load 50% debt on our meter. Had to again escalate ..(never mind the reconnection fees unrecovered)
