Very bad online service from De Jagers. Everytime I order online I recieve no feedback regarding my online order and how long or how far it is. When I contact them regarding my order only then they tell me why the hold up. After three to four weeks I must find out items was or is not in stock and will not be delivered. I don't understand why is items showing online when I order and only finding out three weeks down the line it is not available. By that time I could have ordered with another retail company. And after delivering only partial of my order I have to wait another month before refunding me. I will definitely not order again online. Only reason for me ordering is because of not having time to go shopping in town and last time I visited Oudtshoorn branch they were busy with stock taking and not much items on the floor. Such a waste of petrol driving there as well is precious time.So yes Im still waiting for refund and voucher they wanted to give me for all this trouble but it is to long now waiting on my R 800 refund.
