DCB Logistics is a nightmare to deal with. My shipment is days overdue with ZERO communication from them. Their tracking is completely useless — it hasn’t updated since dispatch so I have no clue where my parcel is or if it’s even still coming. The worst part? Their customer service does not care. I’ve called and emailed multiple times asking for a simple update and got nothing but vague excuses and no actual help. No accountability, no urgency, no answers. If you need a reliable courier that actually delivers on time and keeps you informed, DO NOT use DCB Logistics. This level of incompetence and unhelpfulness is unacceptable. I’ve lost money and time because of them. Save yourself the headache and choose any other courier.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from DCB Logistics. My package has been stuck in Johannesburg for more than three days, and in total I have now been waiting well over a week for delivery. As someone working in the logistics industry myself, I understand delays can happen — but what is completely unacceptable is the lack of communication and absence of customer support. I have attempted to contact DCB Logistics numerous times, yet no one answers the phone, and there is no proactive update or explanation provided regarding the delay. The overall service experience has been poor, unresponsive, and far below industry standards. As a logistics manager, I can confidently say that this level of operational control and customer care is unacceptable. I hope DCB Logistics seriously addresses these issues, as consistent communication, visibility, and accountability are the foundation of reliable logistics operations.

I have a parcel been sent from CT to Secunda on 8 May 2025. On Monday 12 May 2025 the tracking said it is out for delivery from Witbank to Secunda. No delivery on 12 May. 15 May the tracking said out for delivery again. Still no delivery. I kept phoning the Witbank branch, but no one ever picks up. 16 May 2025 I still get no answer at Witbank. I tried head office and after holding for 20 min an operator ensured me the parcel will be delivered on 16 May. That they say the previous days, nobody was at home. The problem being them lying as I have motion activated CCTV at my gate. There had been NO attempt to deliver the parcel. It took 3 days from CT to Witbank (1400km) but currently a week later and only 100km away, the parcel has still not been delivered. I phoned and phoned again. Holding on for longer than 30min on 16 May but no answer at Customer care. Finally got hold of Witbank branch who assured me it will be delivered on 16 May. Well 19 May 2025 and still no parcel. Them lying to say no one was at home is the cherry on top. I would give 0 stars if possible. Waybill number: CDJ08F080946

My order was picked up by dcb logistics on 23 April and to date I have not received my order. I have called the offices 3 times already and no one knows why the delivery has not been made. When checking the progress of the delivery online, there has not been any updates since the 24 April saying the order is on its way to JHB depo. Your services are declining, we not even getting an SMS regarding the progress. Waybill number: CDS08AF14809

My order was picked up by dcb logistics on 23 April and to date I have not received my order. I have called the offices 3 times already and no one knows why the delivery has not been made. I really cannot understand why Leroy Merlin would associate with a *********** company like DCB Logistics. I stay in Nelspruit but my order was sent to Durban causing unnecessary delays. My address was correctly entered when I placed my order and DCB Logistics decided to change the postal code for some unknown reason. Leroy Merlin was informed and questioned for using *********** couriers. This is unacceptable.

Google needs to start making it possible to rate service providers a -Star, extremely poor service delivery, made a booking on the 17th of Jan, and the shipment is not delivered. They deliver your boxes to other companies clients, and they do not communicate at all, if you run a business, DCB is not for you, the amount of money you save is not worth the stress

Google needs to start making it possible to rate service providers a -Star, extremely poor service delivery, made a booking on the 17th of Jan, and the shipment is not delivered. They deliver your boxes to other companies clients, and they do not communicate at all, if you run a business, DCB is not for you, the amount of money you save is not worth the stress

Extremely Rude and unprofessional DCB logistics driver. The driver attempted to deliver my parcel during Loadshedding at night (16 Aug 2023). The driver rudely demanded that I make a plan to get to him because it is dark, without prior informing me that he is on the way to deliver the parcel nor did I receive correspondence from dcb logistics that the parcel is on the way. Mind you that, I am a young woman in this crime ridden South Africa yet he was demanding that I walk to him, while he was more than 4kms from my home,in the night, during loadshedding. The driver went as far as giving me an ultimatum that , I won’t get my parcel if I don’t get to him immediately. Your driver was very unprofessional and rude and left me traumatised. Please attend to this matter.

Good Day, DCB Logistics manager JJ Pienaar & his team they are really really bad service logistics company. Why they allow their driver to deliver clients parcel after 6pm during winter time. I have communicated with an deliver from 12pm & he decided to do his onw things & dropping off his friend with company vehicles. Once he's done with it, he called me at 18h00 wanting to deliver my order with Candy. I personally return it as I wasn't at home, which I can't allow any man to come in my house during that time due to RSA crimes stats that are happening. I was not available at home, was only my wife & kids. When I report this driver, the feedback that I'm getting from manager JJ was will deliver next week Tuesday, which was query wasn't been attended & also apologies to the client.
