I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of one of your employees"Garth "at Louis Botha shop . During my recent interaction, I was treated in a manner that was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful and inconsiderate we had to submit documents to get a refund on my deceased brother this man was utterly rude my mom has to travel from limpopo everytime to have this resolved he treats us like we don't even exist always waiting and this is the second time then when it comes to closing time he sent someone else to make copies for us and says we should go after waiting almost 3 hours he argues doesn't want to listen to what we have to say and just walks away starts screaming from the other side... We eventually recieved help from a lady named Hazel and a guy named Brian I thank them so much they were able to talk calmly and willing to listen to us.
The employee displayed a rude and dismissive attitude throughout the encounter. Instead of offering assistance, they were impatient, inconsiderate, and appeared unwilling to engage in a respectful or helpful manner. Their tone and body language made it clear that customer concerns were not taken seriously, which created an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.
As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far short of those standards and reflects poorly on your organization.
I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly. It would be appreciated if appropriate action could be taken to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve in the future.
