Good day
I made a purchase of a Daniel Wellington watch in September 2025, the watch stopped working, In February 2026 I took the watch to the DW store in Menlyn Mall where I was advised to replace a battery as the none function of the watch could be that the battery is worn out, which I did. The watched worked for a few weeks and stopped working again.
I contacted the Online Customer Service Team at DW to request for the watch to be repaired, the process to get the watch to them wasn't smooth as I also struggled with the Courier service they organised.
Eventually the watch was collected from my home on the 13th of March 2026, and in the process of transporting the watch from the Courier Warehouse to the DW warehouse they somehow misplaced the watch and kept on emailing me for a waybill number (of which was organized by them), I shared all the information I had on hand to assist with tracing the watch and eventually I called the Driver from the Courier Service and asked him where was the watch delivered, I got his number from the call he made to me on the 13th March to confirm if there is anyone at the address as he was about to collect.
On the 25th April, a DW Consultant by the name of Ivan, reached out to me to inform me that the initial watch I bought was out of stock and they have another make of the watch of which I responded by saying they should refund me I will but the watch at a DW Store I saw. It have not been days and all my emails are not being attended to. I am wondering if this was a **** and my watch I purchased for R4342 is GONE JUST LIKE THAT..
