I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions.
I placed an order based on a clear promise of delivery within 8 weeks. After making 70% payment upfront, the timeline continued to shift without warning or explanation. In the end, I waited nearly six months without receiving the products. Despite numerous follow-ups, I received minimal communication, no accountability, and no satisfactory resolution.
During this time, I noticed the business continued to promote offers and accept new orders via social media, even though existing orders like mine remained unresolved. This was very concerning, as it gave the impression that everything was operating normally when it clearly was not.
I was also made aware of internal challenges that may be contributing to delays, including issues that prevent staff from completing orders. While I cannot verify every detail, these difficulties appeared to directly impact customer service and order fulfillment.
One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of transparency and response. My questions often went unanswered, and the absence of regular updates made the situation feel even more uncertain. Furthermore, when I tried to share my honest experience online, I found that critical feedback was often removed, which does not allow for a fair or balanced public view of the business.
This situation could have been greatly improved with open communication, clear timelines, and a willingness to resolve outstanding concerns professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Based on this, I recommend that potential customers request very clear timelines in writing and proceed with caution until more consistent service and transparency are evident.
