Custom Creation *****s your money - stay away!
We seem to be another couple in a long line of ****s if I see all of the HelloPeter posts. Paid our deposit, was told that the furniture has been packed, but they required the full amount. Paid the balance and voila, mail stating that they are insolvent. Please stay away from these people. We are now going to make a ******** case against them.

We finally received our order and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the lead time was longer than we were initially told, the workmanship however is really good, the wood is natural and vibrant and solid

We are very happy with the product but the service needs a little bit of work

**Deeply Disappointing Experience – Proceed with Caution**
I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. I placed an order based on a clear promise of delivery within 8 weeks. After making 70% payment upfront, the timeline continued to shift without warning or explanation. In the end, I waited nearly six months without receiving the products. Despite numerous follow-ups, I received minimal communication, no accountability, and no satisfactory resolution. During this time, I noticed the business continued to promote offers and accept new orders via social media, even though existing orders like mine remained unresolved. This was very concerning, as it gave the impression that everything was operating normally when it clearly was not. I was also made aware of internal challenges that may be contributing to delays, including issues that prevent staff from completing orders. While I cannot verify every detail, these difficulties appeared to directly impact customer service and order fulfillment. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of transparency and response. My questions often went unanswered, and the absence of regular updates made the situation feel even more uncertain. Furthermore, when I tried to share my honest experience online, I found that critical feedback was often removed, which does not allow for a fair or balanced public view of the business. This situation could have been greatly improved with open communication, clear timelines, and a willingness to resolve outstanding concerns professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on this, I recommend that potential customers request very clear timelines in writing and proceed with caution until more consistent service and transparency are evident.

We ordered a table and chairs 3 months ago. After paying she went silent. Countless follow ups were made -that were either ignored or empty promises were made. I dont understand stand how the admin department and invoicing can be run from Australia( because she emigrated) and then have the warehouse run things in South Africa with out supervision or someone running the day- to- day. Does anyone have their business address or contact person, would like to go collect the table( because apparently it is ready and they just need to deliver it. Can someone struggle to arrange transport for over a month?) Lies on lies. So disappointing- people like custom creations is why people who are actually trying to sell products online are suffering and struggling to make sale.

We are very happy with the table and chairs received from them
We are very happy with the table and chairs received from them. We ordered a 10 seater with chairs in Oak wood, it came out beautifully with lots of character we absolutely love it
