I Ordered three items from them about 06 weeks ago. I want to follow up on my order and now apparently the business is closed. Not a sms or email from them about my order being canceled or anything not a refund or anything. I will be opening a case against celeste naude and custom creations. if anyone else has had similar problems you can call me directly to help build a case against them. 0820552879.

****MERS .... TAKES YOUR MONEY ,,, NEVER GIVES THE PRODUCT
**** **** **** BE AWARE This lady by the name of Celeste Naude is the person on the other end of the call SOUNDS professional and helpful ... They will put pressure on you to pay deposits saying they need to order bundle wood etc. Once they have 70% deposit or in some cases the full 100% of your money THEY WILL GHOTST YOU AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCTS. 100'S OF PEOPLE HAS BEEN ****MED BY THIS WOMAN. Her ******** activities has caught up to her and now she is claiming to CLOSE HER BUSINESS . BUT WHAT ABOUT OUR MONIES CELESTE - IN MY CASE R50000.00 WHAT ABOUT THAT ? Or are you just going to take NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER ... THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT EVER GOT ITEMS WERE THE ONES WHO HAD TO OPEN ******** CASES AGAINST HER ..... DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS WOMAN ! SHAMEFUL!

Please be warned, this company is accepting deposits once receipt an e-mail is sent. I paid my deposit less than a week ago, so they would already have known about the supposed "struggling business". Good morning, I’m writing to inform you that I have made the extremely difficult decision to cease all business operations due to financial insolvency. At this stage, I no longer have the resources or capacity to complete outstanding orders, and unfortunately, your order cannot be fulfilled. Unfortunately, the financial climate in South Africa has made it incredibly difficult for small businesses to survive. Like many others, we’ve done everything possible to keep going, but we are now among the many who have had to close our doors, and as such we have also had to let our amazing staff go. In some cases, work may have already started, or materials may have been allocated — but due to the overall financial position of the business, I am unable to proceed with production or offer refunds. While I have not yet appointed a liquidator, I am currently considering the appropriate legal and financial steps to wind down the business responsibly and transparently, but there are no assets and no way to recover at this point. I understand how disappointing and frustrating this news may be, and I want to express my sincere regret. This outcome is not what I intended, and it comes after exhausting every realistic option to keep afloat. I appreciate your past support and trust in my work & I’m deeply sorry for the inconvenience and loss this has caused. Custom Creation *****s your money - stay away!
We seem to be another couple in a long line of ****s if I see all of the HelloPeter posts. Paid our deposit, was told that the furniture has been packed, but they required the full amount. Paid the balance and voila, mail stating that they are insolvent. Please stay away from these people. We are now going to make a ******** case against them.

The message sent conveniently 3 days before we were going to pick up our order, after waiting and empty promises were made for 4 months Important Announcement – Business Closure After much consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to permanently close my business in South Africa. The combination of financial challenges and economic instability has made it impossible for me to continue operating or fulfill existing orders. I am deeply sorry to those affected by this. I have always aimed to serve my clients with transparency and pride in my work. Unfortunately, I no longer have the resources to continue. To everyone who has supported me over the years – thank you. We finally received our order and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the lead time was longer than we were initially told, the workmanship however is really good, the wood is natural and vibrant and solid

I placed an order with this business, made full payment, and was subsequently **** to and ignored. Despite several attempts to get a response, I have received no goods and no further communication. I’ve also been told conflicting stories – some people are told you're living in Australia, while I was told you're selling the business and asked not to tell anyone. At this point, I genuinely don’t know what to believe. There are many others who have experienced similar treatment. This is not a one-off mistake – it's a clear pattern of dishonest and *****ulent behaviour. Celeste and David, your time will come. You cannot keep deceiving people and expect no consequences. What you’ve done will catch up with you – not as a threat, but as a matter of justice and accountability. ✅ Screenshots and proof of payment have been documented. ✅ I am in the process of seeking legal advice and will be reporting this to: • SAPS for suspected ***** • SARS for potential undeclared income • Facebook • The Consumer Protection Office
