Bad experience at Curro Pretoria

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the repeated loss of my child’s school jerseys at Curro Pretoria.

This is now the second jersey that has gone missing shortly after purchase. Both jerseys were still new and disappeared within the first few weeks of being worn to school. Each jersey costs approximately R700, and it is becoming financially difficult to continuously replace items that are getting lost at school without any accountability.

What is most concerning is the lack of urgency and assistance from the staff. When I enquire, I am referred from one teacher to another. The class teacher says the aftercare teacher will check, the aftercare teacher says they never saw the jersey, and parents are asked in the group with no positive outcome. The matter then seems to end there without proper follow-up or investigation.

As a parent, I feel that this issue is not being treated seriously enough. School uniforms do not simply vanish repeatedly without concern. I believe more effort should be made to monitor lost items, investigate incidents properly, and ensure accountability within the school environment.

I kindly request that management address this matter urgently and advise what measures will be put in place to prevent similar incidents from happening again because I want my child school jersey it’s winter now. She needs that jersey
