If I could give 0 stars or negative rating I would. I just received a call from Cubix Solutions on behalf of Netstar tracking. Firstly, they had a car on the system that doesn't belong to me and I have the proof of that. Secondly, after explaining the resent experience with trackers where a client's car was ****** and could not be recovered or advised on for almost a week now, I declined the service. Not so much as a thank you or we understand... just a hang-up. So unprofessional. If this is the way they treat potential clients, how do they treat their current clients. I do have the recording of the conversation that I will be happy to provide.
