I ordered crocs online

Received a broken used pair of crocs I called them and they said they will investigate

They collected them not even a sorry for the embarrassment and inconvenience

All they say is they will refund and not the delivery costs

How is it my fault that you guys sold me a customer return and I have to pay the delivery costs, deal with the embarrassment and horrible service

NEVER EVER SUPPORTING CROCS AGAIN

And I’ve been a loyal supporter for many years
