Dishonest sms

Every month I receive an SMS stating I must pay a small amount to settle my alleged debt with a certain company. I know it's a con to get me to admit that I acknowledge debt. So No go!! You guys will harass me till they kingdom come and never send me a Paid up letter even if I pay that amount for supposed debt.
