poor service, and no communication from Creditore debt counsellers.
From the beginning there were issues with this company. after being shunted around for almost a year, with our accounts being messed up, we finally managed to get Zamile, who assisted us in getting our debt sorted, and our accounts sorted out. We paid up all our debts at the end of 2025 and looked for ward to be debt free, after our horrific experience with Creditore. We recieved our clearance certificate in January, and we know that the debt review flag should be removed within 20 business days from recieving it. It is now almost 2 months later and we are still listed as being under debt review. when i ask Zamile or someone from creditore to contact me with feedback regarding this, i am being ignored. which, once again shows Creditores true character. We were looking forward to financial freedom, but now we are still being held captive with this debt review flag not being removed, and not receiving feedback from Creditore when we ask for assistance from them. next time, if i am in a situation like this, i would rather get blacklisted, than having to go through something like this again. it seems like they don't care now, because they can no longer make money out of us, so they don't care if the listing is being removed as requested or not. i would like to warn everyone to please reconsider when you want to use Creditore for your debt restructuring or debt counselling, as 99 percent of their staff is ***********. we are really regretting choosing this company for our debt review journey

Double debiting of my account.
Never in my life have I been so badly attended to and poorly serviced, creditore have completely ruined my life , I have 5 kids and a wife and my mother and disabled brother to take care of, creditore have been double debiting my account for two months. When I inquired and submitted the appropriate paperwork I was garenteed a refund, yet the consultant who was attending to my complaint was unprofessional and absolutely *********** in failing to email me my debitor statement showing my monthly payments to them to make maters worse they where ignoring my calls and hanging up when I call them at their head office in Capetown. Iv lost approximately Close to R10000 of which I am now contemplating taking the company to court. If creditore still has any integrity they will contact me and do the right thing as I am client of thiers and I am again extremely disappointed

pathetic service, ignoring customers and failing to assist.
i was asked to give a 5 star review to zamile previously, which i did, because of his excellent service, however, the last 2 this company's service sucks. (as we were used to their service being terrible before zamile took over) it seems that he has now also fallen into the other consultants habits. our queries are not being attended to, and we dont receive any feedback regarding our requests given through to him. I still feel that he was just doing a good job to get a 5 star rating. i am now giving him and this company a 1 star rating, as they have ZERO customer service, and we always have to threaten to take them to the NRC before anything happens. at this point, i am not threatening anymore. NO FIVE START WILL BE GIVEN TO THIS COMPANY FROM HEREON UNTIL THEY CAN PROVE TO ME THAT THEY- AND I MEAN ALL OF THEM, DESERVE IT.
