Disgusted in Crave terrible service and lies

Hi. Very disappointed in Crave. I made an online booking 4 spur last week Saturday the 21 july. I got my auth number and then i submitted the necessary documents the sunday the 22 july 2018. I still havent received my money and a weeks later and longer than 48 hours. Today j spoke to Given and ahe advised me they were going to call me after 3pm and still no one called me. Crave always come with their excuses and every time i claim i must ask where my money like what the hell man. Terrible service and very disappointing, then why ask clients to claim back if we not being paid back our money. Hopeless indeed.
