Once again, this network is known for its pathetic service. I purchased last week Saturday nandos vouchers using my vodabucks and bank card, took me to the payment option and paid. To my surprise, nothing happened and vodabucks was gone. Did another transaction and the same thing happened. I tried purchasing vodacom data, if said R149 for 30 gigs for 30 days, sane Damn problem. Website issues and when I went back, the special was gone so whose fault is that. This website doesn't work. Glitches in the system. Absolurely Terrible
I booked on Wikideals a half day Spa for my mom and I. Little did we know, the property itself was beautiful. We came in @ 9am and waited abit while having our beverages and a chocolate. We proceeded with the treatments and had Aliyah & Angeline as our the******. When we were done, we felt amazing and was well treated with respect and friendliness from the time we arrived. We did finish abit earlier than expected but after speaking to Tamzin regarding the voucher i purchased, she agreed with a smile and made a plan. They are all truly wonderful and provided an excellent service. They came to check up on us all the time to make sure if we needed anything and if we okay. I will definitely return again and inform my friends and family. Keep up the excellent work ladies.
I paid for a spa and food voucher on Hyperli on Monday. Today is Friday and still no voucher yet the money was debited from my account. I emailed them and got an autoreply to say someone will respond in 48 hours but once again, its Friday and longer than 48 hours and still no communication. Dont trust Hyperli, its a ****. I want my money back !!!!! Im going to put this on FB and instagram.
Absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order at 12:30 and ETA was between 13:15-13:30. I get a phone call to say the guy is outside. I went outside, theres no one. I waited from 13:30-14:30 and no delivery. Called the guy numerous occasions but he hung up the phone and read all the whatsapp messages but no response. Eventually we caleld the Mr Delivery number and the Lorcia says, the order was cancelled because he was outside and we weren't. What a dumb fool. He wasnt outside. In the comments, i wrote, right opposite Mondale HS and next to the mosque. I sent two locations and nothing. Eventually they sent me a credit note of R50 but i blady paid R66.50 online. How does that make sense. I am so ****ed off because the meal was for my pregnant friend and ahe forgot her entire bag at home and hence why i booked it with my card.
I called in November to cancel my contract then they tell me i should call the 1st week of December which i did. They told me the data was loaded so i must pay R28 to keep the line open. I called again to make sure i wont be paying ever again seeing that everything was now cancelled and once again they charging me. It is ******* to charge a customer after they have cancelled their flexi red or anything for that matter especially when calls are recorded. I can actually take this matter further according to the CPA. The lady Vanessa i spoke to said she was going to escalate this issue and ask for a refund and thus far, no communication or anything. Im going to the Ombudsman with this as Ive been cancelling this samd damn issue since December and nothings been done
Absolutely pathetic and thank goodness i have no contract left with this hopeless network. I purchased food vouchers kast week Saturday, part vodabucks and part card and then it was processing and took my vodabucks but no order. I called and had to wait a blady week and got it back yesterday. I made another booking today using vodabucks and part card and the same damn thing happened. Why should i wait another blady 7 days. Its ridiculous and pathetic. Pointless having this rewards if you unable to use it. Must blady close your doors rather
Absolutely pathetic customer service. I've worked in call centre 10 years ago and i know for a fact, the agent should never argue or give a client attitude or even mention that it's their mistake. The agents of today is hopeless but they only doing it because they need the money. I called in last month and spoke to a female lady regarding my cancellation of my contract. She advised me not to cancel but i wasnt going to change my mind. She said she will call me back before black Friday and give me special deals. I wasnt happy when she called and asked her to cancel my contract which is still in November. She didnt send me an email or sms. I call again today and spoke to Brian Nbatha who says its my mistake and giving me attitude and rolling his eyes over the phone for me. We were aguing which made me more IRATE. Listen to your calls. He even twisted what i was saying and didnt understand what i as saying. Since when do you validate someone's details twice after youve helped them already. Then also, saying i will be charged next month, which is January which didnt even make sense if im cancelling now and my last payment is month end. Agent definitely needs communication skills including how to deal with conflict or an irate client. His pathetic and i give him a zero for everything.
Absolutely the WORSE bank ever. What a RIP off of a bank. I saw a transaction coming off on my account. I clicked on dispute transaction on my banking app because the amount was unknown to me and what did FNB do? They cancelled my card!!! I collected a new card but now they charging me for the new card that they cancelled. Ridiculous. They charge me R240 for a monthly account fee and wait for it R342 for service fees like what the hell!!!!!!???? . I asked them to give me the cheapest option but said i have to pay the monthly fee of R240 until the account is downgraded. The WORSE bank ever... please people change your bank before they cheat you as well
The worse experience ever!! I was quoted a different amount and when signing up, they charged me more than what i was quoted. Nonetheless, the end of July, a debit order if R870 came off and this month, R900.78 and im looking at my policy after speaking to Andile the team leader, i was quoted R813.76. I never got my rewards or the up to R800 in fuel back and after calling yesterday, the lady tells me that i can send my transactions which shows I've put in petrol at an engen which i did yesterday. I get an email back saying i must send fuel slips which was not communicated at all to me because i dont use Shell or BP. How the hell must i get the fuel slips flr the month of August? Absolutely patheric!!! Its pointless being on Vitality insure if u not gettinf anything back.... im definitely going to remove this stupid device from my car. Worse experience ever thus far. I shouldve never left my precious insurance but looking at a better insurance now...
Absolutely pathetic and utterly disgusted in the service and qaulity of food. It is now the THIRD time in a row that i get the incorrect order which i placed online. I keep on calling in and having to drive my petrol out 2 pick up food which was given to me. I am so ****ed off and angry right now but the manager confirms she knows about me and from the last time. If you dont know what you doing, then rather close your doors or fire whoever is making the food. They always giving me something else and it isnt fair.
