Lesego Makete delivered excellent service and followed up the next day after I had an issue with my parcel. I fly to the US tomorrow, she was able to get my parcel to me quickly and followed up regularly.

Although the delivery was delayed I had an amazing experience with Thuli Motshoeneng. She really helped me in the best way that she could, constantly calling back to check up on my requests!

CourierIT have great customer service. There were unforeseen delays with my initial delivery, and I was worried that my package might go missing. I reached out to the company and spoke to Lesego Mekete, who took the time to listen to my concerns, make all the necessary follow-ups to investigate what had happened, and keep me updated through regular phone calls. Safe to say I received my package early the next day, and Lesego still called afterwards to confirm that the handover had taken place and that everything was in order. Excellent customer care throughout the process. She truly lived up to her mantra that “one happy customer is worth 2,000.”

After repeated delays with my delivery and the driver failing to contact me, I called customer care many times without help. Then Treasure stepped in and assisted me professionally. He kept communicating and updating me every step of the way until I finally received my parcel today. I was truly impressed by his dedication and support.
