Disgustingly shocking service from Cosmo Pools.
We hired Cosmo Pools in September 2025 to fix a leak in our pool. The job involved fibreglassing the pool and replacing the piping. This should have been a straightforward repair.
Instead, we are now six visits later and the pool is still leaking.
Throughout the entire summer the pool has lost 2–3 tiles of water every single night, meaning the original issue was clearly never fixed properly.
What’s worse is the complete lack of professionalism. They show up at random times with no proper scheduling, and trying to organise a visit is nearly impossible. At one point we were told BY WESLEY that they can’t schedule work on Mondays because it’s “touch and go” due to staff DRINKING over the weekend.
I’m sorry... what kind of national company openly says something like that to a paying customer?
At this point it feels like they simply do not know how to diagnose or fix the problem. We have lost months of time, constant water loss, and repeated disruptions with technicians coming back again and again with no real solution.
Cosmo Pools will continue returning until this pool is properly fixed. If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will be pursuing legal action to recover the cost of the repairs and the damage caused by their inability to complete the job correctly the first time.
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before hiring this company.
