placed an order on 1 April 2026 and have not received my goods to date.
I have attempted to contact the supplier multiple times via WhatsApp, but I have been receiving the same automated response for over 3 weeks with no assistance or resolution.
I have also been in communication via email with one of the representatives and even updated my delivery address as requested, however there has still been no progress or delivery.
At this point, I would like to be assisted with cancelling my order and receiving a full refund. I needed these hair products urgently, and the lack of service and communication has been extremely disappointing.
The supplier has failed to deliver the product and has not provided any clear communication regarding my order.
I am requesting assistance in obtaining a full refund.
