Worst services ever I sent an email asking about my balance on one of the accounts on the 29 which they responded and I made a payment of R350(02/05/2026) then they decided to make an adjustment on the account on the 04/05/2026 phof there was an initial agreement that I will make 6 x R350 when all of a sudden I have to pay R467 then their agent can't answer instead gives the line to an arrogant manager by the name of Tsepo who I am to relay my query again in my annoyed and angry state.
