Not Recommended!!!!

I would NOT recommend buying a house from Cohen. Don't let the images fool you. The houses they build are made of cheap material and are not properly build. Everything breaks. We've had door handles break, walls cracking, towel and toilet paper rails falling, toilet seats malfunctioning, water pressure low, consistent leaks from the roof and the windows, lights need to constantly be repaired because the electrical is faulty and poor service once they have made you sign. Once that is done they do not respond in time. The snaglist we wrote for them they did not complete, they even painted the door the wrong color and the paint is cracking. I've heard complaints from other buyers as to the conditions of their "newly build" homes by Cohen properties. House is not even a year old. Complete disappointment. Rather buy a plot and build on your own or buy an older house with stronger bones and renovate.
