Under warranty, no spares for 6 weeks, no loan car

In our greater family we have 4 Volvo's a superb motor car Imay add. Now let's look at the CMH dealership. My new Volvo XC 40 is still under warranty When I took it for a service it had a leaking water pump, which had to be replaced, and I was not allowed to drive the car without voiding the warranty. They in fact kept the car for 6 weeks awaiting spares and I did not get a loan car for this 6 week period, I had to hire a car. The spares they said would take 6 weeks to arrive. Now 6 weeks later the spares were not in the shipping container. where do we go from here I ask? Volvo needs to take note of who they appoint as their dealers I won't bore you with other poor experiences I have had with CMH Volvo, but they are killing this superb brand unfortunately
