I would have given 0 stars if that was an option! I have opened a case of ***** with SAPS - and suggest everyone else who has written a negative review does the same - it’s the only way to stop this man! I order over R5000 in January and it’s mid May and still nothing! I would also suggest reporting this business to Wendy Knowler!

Placed a relatively large order for plants in late December of 2025. After repeated queries via email and WhatsApp and messenger, I have had little feedback. A person did contact me two weeks ago to tell me she traced my order and it would be dispatched to that week. Still absolutely nothing Have tried to phone several times over the past two days. But no answer. At this stage I will never ever recommend them or order from them again

I placed an order for 5 olive trees with ClicknPlant and made full payment on 10 March 2026 (over R7,500). The person I was dealing with (Nick) was very helpful and responsive up until payment. After sending proof of payment, I did not receive confirmation and had to follow up multiple times via email and WhatsApp. I later received a brief WhatsApp confirming payment was received and that delivery would take place the following week. While I understand that delivery can take some time, I have not received a confirmed delivery date or any further communication since then. Both my husband and I have followed up again via both email and WhatsApp, but have not received a response, and no goods have been delivered. I have now requested a refund and would appreciate a response so this can be resolved directly. Given the value of the order, the lack of communication is concerning.

Terrible ****!!!! Paid no flowers, no response, nothing, now the website has changed to ClicknPlantGP - dont buy from them they will ***** your money and run....use Google Earth to see the address it is a fallen down house - not a nursery!!!! my recent order of plants placed on October 17, 2025, which has not yet been delivered. The order number is Order #733063 It has been over two months since I placed this order, and despite my previous inquiries regarding the status, I have yet to receive any updates or the items themselves. Given the extended delay and lack of communication, I believe it is appropriate to request a full refund.
