Complaint

Wow wow was involved in an accident on Monday and vehicle was towed. I called on Friday claims handler Franco Maartens who was so rude to advise an assessor can only go out once we sent the requested documents. Which we did send but they still have not appointed an assessor. Spoke to his manager who was even rude.

So as a warning to everyone who has cover with this company! Please move your insured risk to other insurance companies that will give you good service.
