Complaint
Wow wow was involved in an accident on Monday and vehicle was towed. I called on Friday claims handler Franco Maartens who was so rude to advise an assessor can only go out once we sent the requested documents. Which we did send but they still have not appointed an assessor. Spoke to his manager who was even rude. So as a warning to everyone who has cover with this company! Please move your insured risk to other insurance companies that will give you good service.

My claim process
I have been involved in an accident on the 24th of March i was Anxious and stressed but santam claims team has comforted be through the process Zoleka Ndabambi (Assessor) she is hands on she updates me with every process on my vehicle & Julinda January (claims Consultant) both of them are providing me with exceptional service just praying for my car to get fixed

Compensation Fund Provincial Team not doing the work
I logged a claim with CF in 2023 Nov as an employer, and i have paid my employer during the time she was booked off sick, i started claiming the refund of TTD'S since then till today no resolution. Every time i go to the Alberton labour centre i speak to Thapelo who will come with excuses everyday and not responding to my issues, however He will assist other people He knows
