I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my rental application.
On 24/04/2026, I app**** for Unit C0628 after viewing it at Sharon’s Place. I received no response and later discovered that my application had not been processed. When I followed up on 28/04/2026, I was approved for a different unit (C1024) at a higher rental, which I did not apply for.
I was then informed that Unit C0628 was no longer available. However, on 29/04/2026, I received communication confirming that the same unit was in fact available at the original price.
This situation reflects a lack of professionalism, inconsistent communication, and incorrect processing of my application.
