Useless municipality ever around the country

I have been trying to get in contact with Matlosana traffic department for over 3 months now with no success.

I was given various contact details 0184878100 /8101/8136 but all of them are useless.

I have never come across such a useless municipality in my life.

I was in the province in Dec for a holiday and received traffic infringement via sms and to this date I have not been able to get through to any person and therefore unable to pay the fine.

My worry is that the longer it takes ,it will incur penalties and thus become a warrant.

I have tried almost everything to try and sort the fine out but I cannot get through.

I need to file a formal complaint against this useless department, I think it's best they abolish the entire department because it's useless ,I do not know why it even exist.

I cannot drive over 1200km just to come sort the fine.

I need a manager or supervisor to contact me.
