Everything was perfect

The sales team in the shop was very helpful and assisted me professionally with my order. The customer care answered my emails quickly and in a friendly manner. The contact with the delivery team was excellent as well. They sent an SMS as announced and provided follow-up information before the delivery day. The only area for potential improvement would be to unpack the goods and remove the packaging materials, but they weren’t allowed to unpack the packages, which I was informed of in advance. So everything was perfect.
