If you are looking for a building insurance, walk away. After a geyser burst, they left us with a new geyser yes, but a giant hole in our bedroom ceiling saying that the ceiling repair is another claim that is going to be checked in the next 1 to 2 weeks and IF accepted, they are going to contact us to repair it. At first they said no, the ceiling is not damaged and theyare not going to pay to fix/replace it. When your geyser burst, even with an overflow tray, water is coming through the ceiling. It is rhino board so yes it is completely damaged, and to put the new geyser in they broke a big part of the ceiling leaving us with a giant hole in our bedroom.
Really not a good experience.
The 1 star is because we have a new geyser and they came quickly to replace it. But the repairs of the ceiling is also part of the insurance claim and they are already difficult.
The complex manager mentioned that they are the only ones making it difficult like that. So listen to me, go with someone else. You don't want to fight for some obvious damage in your house.
