Pathetic service when buying used vehicle

I bought a used Ford Ranger D/C from them. After almost 4 months, I have not yet received a service book with the full service history.

I also did not know about or needless to say receive keys for the spare wheel lock. Just imagine my frustration when I had to use the spare wheel.

Besides that, I had to put the vehicle through the test and wait almost 2 months for the reimbur*****t of all the registration expenses.

Avoid them if you can!
