Terrible customer service

The light in complexion lady who was called to refund my money back into my gift card, I'm not sure if she's a manager but she has horrible customer service. I decided to just leave what I was doing because I told myself that I will find another Checkers to go to, I don't see myself going back to that store. She has a bad attitude and treats people like she's doing them a favour. We all walk into that shop to use our money, she's doing no one a favour and if she doesn't want the job she can leave it for people who will be glad to do it. She acts like she has shares at that store without realising that she's messing up other people's businesses
