Formal Complaint Regarding Cracked Bottle in Purchased 6-Pack

Dear Checkers Liquor Silverton Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about a six-pack I purchased from your store today. Upon returning home, I discovered that one of the bottles was cracked, with the contents spilling out and leaving only about a third of the liquid inside.

I expect a prompt resolution, whether that be a replacement of the damaged item or a refund. I have attached a photo of the cracked bottle for your reference. Please respond at your earliest convenience.
