Dear Checkers Liquor Silverton Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about a six-pack I purchased from your store today. Upon returning home, I discovered that one of the bottles was cracked, with the contents spilling out and leaving only about a third of the liquid inside. I expect a prompt resolution, whether that be a replacement of the damaged item or a refund. I have attached a photo of the cracked bottle for your reference. Mamelodi Home Affairs. Poor service delivery and the staff is working very slow. Really disappointing to see how local staff be working very slow. Most of the time they are playing on their phones or they having small conversations. Please lets focusing on better service delivery

After the incident of yesterday. The manager at Roman's Pizza Bloed Mall resolved the issue by making a free large Pizza. Thank you and value your customer service.
I bought a pizza at Roman's pizza at Bloed Mall. 1stly They Didn't do the correct order. When I went to collect my order. I was told they did a wrong order. I understood what they said and asked that they should prepare my and deliver it to my work place seeing my lunch was already finished. As I'm typing this review I still haven't received my order even now and it's more than an hour. I really am dissapointed in your service and I believe that this will be the last time I make an order at your restaurant. Like really this is really bad for the image of Roman's Pizza Restaurants
