THEY DONT CARE THAT MONEY IS STOLEN FROM FOREIGNERS BY ATTORNEYS

A Belgian client of mine sold a property. The money was stolen by one of their attorneys. There was a lot of correspondence with CLS till 2 years ago. Now they dont answer mails anymore... The last mail is from 2 years ago. There they answered that they sanctioned the attorney but further that that attorney disappeared. My attorney writes them mails in order to go to the fidelity fund... No answer. Where can I put a complaint against the CLS...
