Harnessing me on my Victor Khanye Local Minicipality account. Phoned then today 1 consultant dropped the call, 2nd consultant asked me to speak up when I did it she said I should not shout at her. I asked to speak to the CEO or any other management and all is in a meeting. There records are not updated. They phone 10 x a day then sending SMSe when I already paid R38000 to VKLM and they are also so *********** to update the records. There call centre staff are rude and ***********.
