Harnessing me on my Victor Khanye Local Minicipality account. Phoned then today 1 consultant dropped the call, 2nd consultant asked me to speak up when I did it she said I should not shout at her. I asked to speak to the CEO or any other management and all is in a meeting. There records are not updated. They phone 10 x a day then sending SMSe when I already paid R38000 to VKLM and they are also so *********** to update the records. There call centre staff are rude and ***********.

****- Tells me by message my account has been transferred from DOH and calling on behalf of Helen Joseph Hospital. Tells me I owe 86 430 rands!!! Sends incorrect details and spells business and makes error in account number. Asks for ID number and DOB on call and if called just say you are going Helen Joseph to ask about this.

If I could put a 0 start or negative rating I would. They are big time ****mers, saying that I owe Helen Joseph hospital R203 when there was no prior requirement for me to pay any fees and all the fees I had to pay before treatment was paid up. My only concern is how did they get my dependants number on my application form, there's something very sketchy happening at this place

This BTF global is nonsence. They send us messages even if the account is up to date. It seems how can municipality have contract with this company. Its unprofessional the way they do business. I am in the RWCLM.

This 'company' tried to **** us claiming to be a collections company appointed by Eskom to collect R14k of arrears. They said if we didn't settle immediately or make a Payment Arrangement, a summons would be issued. We contacted Eskom and asked for a statement of account showing all payment over the last year. This was issued to us and and the statement showed our account was up to date and no amounts were outstanding. I then contacted the 'attorney' in BTF Global who referred us to 'a collections clerk' in Eskom's Bellville offices who confirmed the same arrear amount claimed by BTF. It turned out to be a **** supported by an Eskom employee. Be careful, it was very convincing.

The company has called me several times due to a centlec account which is not mine , they calling me each and everytime with a non operational account these people are scammers i asked for statement till this day i havent received a statement of the account they are talking about which is not mine ,they send emails and sms which state a incorrect amount which was settled long over due BTF GLOBAL go to hell
