ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was handed over by Nedbank, and the account has since been settled even cleared from my record but I have no communication from them as to the whereabouts of my settlement letter. I tried calling and was met with uhms and buts all I want is my letter so I can be done with this bank once and for all.
