Bad service and no attention to detail
Had to return my vehicle twice for the same repairs. Still not done properly. They “forgot” to fix the leak in the roof yet again. Last time I had to wait for hours. The car was not clean and also not repaired. Today, same story. Car not ready yet again. I will never recommend them for repairs

EXCELLENT SERVICE I RECORD TIME WITH A SMILE
Excellent service and in record time.. These people received, repaired and delivered perfectly with a smile.. Kept me updated on process also in between.. Fixed my car in 7 days! Best service and people.. Will defs be back.. Even if I just drink a coffee..

Received excellent service and work on my Mercedes C220. I'm very impressed with the workmanship of the repairs. Jan and David were very professional and kept me regularly informed and updated on the progress of the repairs. I'll recommend Brooklyn Automotive Refinishers any time

Repair of Insurance claim
The worst service ever. I took my car for rim repair it has been over a week now for a job that is supposed to be 24 hours. I don't understand why Mi-Way insurance keeps on referring their clients to this place as I am not the only who has complained. The worst type of service ever. I am so furious because of the lack of communication

Poor Service - Lies, lies, lies...
If it was possible to give zero star, I would. I took the car in for a quote. They promised the parts would be ready in a day or 2. In fact they called their 'supplier' in front of me, they claimed to have the parts. Its been two weeks and they still waiting for parts from their 'supplier'. They never call to update you. They promised to order 2 doors but today when I called, the lady said they only ordered one door which most likely mean they are planning to repair the other door and claim it was replaced. A car is still not booked in for repairs but I already regret. I would not recommend their service to anyone

Poorest Service Ever & MiWay Allocated Them To Me
The worst service ever experienced from any panel beater, which I ever used. They lied and tried to bull**** me with every interaction we had. First they lied about the spares being on site, which I confirmed and reconfirmed several times before I took the vehicle in for a repair on a door. They then eventually after 4 days admitted that the spares weren't there, then they promised the vehicle to be ready the morning, then 12:30 then 13:00. I allowed an additional 30 minutes and then an hour. When I arrived to collect it was still not done and when I spoke to the owner he simply did not take any responsibility.
