Complain
So there's an agent by the name of Keletso Motiang whom we were arranging with concerning an apartment. So we researched for a property around Midrand and we came across Willow Crust property. So we got the unprofessional and rude guy's number on the post then we contacted him. So we spoke to him and explained to him that we will need a room which we will move in on the 31 of October because we we're desperate as City property required us to move out on that date at 12pm or there'll be a fine for that if we don't move out at that time so he said he does have available apartment for us and we should arrange for a review on the 24. Long story fast forward he did not explain that there was still a tenant Living in that apartment so he took us to view another apartment which we thought we'll be moving in. Again after viewing we were interested in the apartment and we agreed with moving in on the 31 of October we still have proof of watsapp. Wow today which is the 31 we moved out of city property then we called him and told him even yesterday we told him he said okay. Yet we paid a deposit and rent already before the 31. When we got there the security did not allow us in, we called him he was not answering then after waiting for 30 minutes for him he sent a watsapp stating that the guy said he'll move out on the 12 of October and he said the guy is always giving them a problem when he has to pay rent and he hasn't been in that apartment for weeks. So I asked him why didn't he tell us on time now that we were at the gate he started because unprofessional about it, then we asked can't they move that guy's furniture somewhere or don't they have a place us to stay. He said no they are waiting for the lawyers mind you we did not have any money with us. We paid deposit,rent and the logistics also labour.we stated arguing because he was not coming up with a solution then we called their head office and we also experienced the same attitude from the white lady called Merry-anne so she said there's nothing they can do. Yohhhh this story is too long. I'm so angry right now, we waited there for hours with the security calling them and the were both declining our calls they ended up not picking. We were so stressed because even the driver said he's losing money while he's busy waiting for us.he charged us more which we did not have. We kept on calling and calling. From one call to another,no one was picking. We called the lady on watsapp she was also not picking, crying and stressed as we were it was a horrible experience. After those hours a white guy called and said he can assist with an apartment at Centurion, another money again to move the furniture. The apartment that we got here is smelling and very dirty. Way lesser and looks like it was abandoned for years. Everything is a mess in here and it doesn't look safe. I wish there was a way I could send pictures for you to see. I'm highly disappointed and very angry right now as we speak. People can be heartless out there. I'll never forget this day. I need a positive feed back as soon as possible. This story is too short for me, a lot has happened today

Bregan properties
I will never rent an apartment or buy from bregan properties they have a bad customer service they were swearing at me for wanting what's mineI wanted to take them to court lucky they gave me my deposit back but I after a serious fight with them it needs to be closed bregan property you are bad just close your company

I will never rent an apartment or buy from bregan properties they have a bad customer service they were swearing at me for wanting what's mineI wanted to take them to court lucky they gave me my deposit back but I after a serious fight with them it needs to be closed bregan property you are bad just close your company

Bregan Dishonest Properties
If you value your property, and money. STAY AWAY FROM BREGAN PROPERTIES!!!!.....everything went well in the beginning, rental money was on time, and paid in full. Suddenly I got a statement stating no money was paid to me in that particular month. When I asked what the matter was, I was informed that my tenant moved out (way before his contract was over) and nobody bothered to inform me, they even did an inspection with him. The estate agent responsible for my unit left the company, and I was also not informed. When I told then that I would no longer be continuing using their services, and wanted the keys for my unit, they claimed at first not to know where it was. I insisted that I won't leave without my keys, it suddenly popped up. I went to have a look at the flat and noticed that poor paint work was done and inquired who did the pain work and a lady by the name of Mac said that they had it done. She sent me an invoice of over 2000 for paint work that looks like it had been done by a child. When you google the name of the company on the invoice, it doesn't pop up anywhere and the address on the invoice is 2 houses away from their office, and doesn't even exist. To make matters worse, the shower door is missing. When I asked them where it was, the owner Chris said I took my keys before I gave them an opportunity to do an inspection (makes you wonder where the paint invoice comes from then right?). This company is just a bunch of dishonest crooks. I wish I had read the reviews before I ever gave them an opportunity to let out my property. STAY AWAY!!!!

If you value your property, and money. STAY AWAY FROM BREGAN PROPERTIES!!!!.....everything went well in the beginning, rental money was on time, and paid in full. Maintenance
Bregan properties is the worst agency to use if you looking for a place. The lady that does their maintenance Mac is so petty and inconsiderate. I complained about the geyser leaking on the 4th of January, to date she has not sent anyone to have a look at the issue. I went as far as asking for the owners number and she has never even bothered replying to half my complaints. If you looking for a place do yourself a favor and do not use Bregan properties they are a bunch of scammers !! I get over charged water and electricity because of this geyser issue and no one seems to care. I have never come across such cold hearted people in my life.

They have no idea what is going on all the time
I use to rent from Bregan properties then the flat I was staying in got sold while I was staying there, they didn't bother to tell me I had to hear it from the new agents calling me and telling me that Bregan properties won't transfer my deposit to them. I emailed them and would always get a rude response or no response from Chris. When I moved out in December the new agents told me that they didn't transfer transfer the key deposit to them so I had to contact them myself to find out what happened. They sent me statements with incorrect amounts and when I asked for a POP of the amount transferred to the new agents, they sent me one with an amount that can't be and is a transfer they made to their client and not the new landlord. Now they refuse ignore my emails and are rude on the calls when I ask for more information

IF YOU LOOKING TO STAY IN PRETORIA HATFIELD.. DON'T DO IT WITH BREGAN PROPERTIES. I moved in at Rumours Flats, Hatfield, Pretoria in 2018. I stayed there for 3 years. I've never missed any payments, and I always paid more rental, lets say R100 - 150 more. Those monies accumulated and they made R1400. So in essence, my last month of renting with them I need to pay R1400 less since they have R1400 surplus. I sent out a letter to terminate the contract with them, Come Deposit payday 21 day later, Chris Barnard(Don't know how this guys live with himself) he tells me that they wont pay. I ask for my R1400 they say it was taken for damages. I ask for a detailed report of what was fixed, they send me wrong pictures which were not from my Unit.(Gondo) the maintanance guy is responsible for the wrong pictures. I took pictures as well and what was sent to Bregan were not my unit's pictures. so I lost R5500 + R1400 and they still say I owe them R800. So you tell me if this is how to do Business. And to make it worse, I'm not the only one complaining about them Especially Chris, I have opened a case, this matter will be taken to Tribunal Court. So anyone looking to rent, Please please be aware of Chris and his tricks and Bregan as whole. Mark my words you wont get your DEPOSIT, I'm not the first and certainly not the last.
