IF YOU LOOKING TO STAY IN PRETORIA HATFIELD.. DON'T DO IT WITH BREGAN PROPERTIES. I moved in at Rumours Flats, Hatfield, Pretoria in 2018. I stayed there for 3 years. I've never missed any payments, and I always paid more rental, lets say R100 - 150 more. Those monies accumulated and they made R1400. So in essence, my last month of renting with them I need to pay R1400 less since they have R1400 surplus. I sent out a letter to terminate the contract with them, Come Deposit payday 21 day later, Chris Barnard(Don't know how this guys live with himself) he tells me that they wont pay. I ask for my R1400 they say it was taken for damages. I ask for a detailed report of what was fixed, they send me wrong pictures which were not from my Unit.(Gondo) the maintanance guy is responsible for the wrong pictures. I took pictures as well and what was sent to Bregan were not my unit's pictures. so I lost R5500 + R1400 and they still say I owe them R800. So you tell me if this is how to do Business. And to make it worse, I'm not the only one complaining about them Especially Chris, I have opened a case, this matter will be taken to Tribunal Court. So anyone looking to rent, Please please be aware of Chris and his tricks and Bregan as whole. Mark my words you wont get your DEPOSIT, I'm not the first and certainly not the last.
<p>I bought a Hyundai Accent 1.6 on 54000Kms in October 2016 from Hyundai HeidelBerg.</p> <p> </p> <p>This car was in good condition everything has been changed, the mats and the dent on the front bumper was fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>In January the car needed to go in for the 60,000 Kms service. I took it to Hyundai in Weltevreden Park.</p> <p>The service was done, however the Service Consultant mentioned that I will have a problems going forward with regards to making any claims since the car is still under warranty.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is due to the fact that the car didn't come with the Service book. When he tried looking at the service history of the car on the system they couldnt pick up the 15000kms service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Which is not a problem because, normally they buy cars from companies like Avis and Rent you car and they resale them. So what I needed to do was to ask the service manager from Heidelberg to get me proof that the car was bought from another comapany and the 15000kms service was done,so it will enable me to make claims to the warranty if needs be.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been in contact with them for the past 3 months already and nothing has been done.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sales lady that sold me the car is very adamant that the 15000kms service is not important therefore, I should get a new serive book and I can make claims whenever I need to. What she doesnt understand is, what's going to happeen in case I want to sell the car or trade it in?</p> <p> </p> <p>A full service history will be needed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've spoken to her manager a couple of times and nothing has been done thus far.</p> <p> </p> <p>So please advise on the way forward as this is really an incovenience to me.</p>
<p>After 11 years of being a Vodacom customer, the day I decide to change my contract account into a pre-paid account, I get such a service.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 24th of february 2017, I called the upgrade division to change my contract into a pre-paid account.</p> <p>The call was made at 13:05 PM. The reason why I called the upgrade division is because I was due for on the on the 31st of December 2016, but to cut costs I wanted to cancel the upgrade so I can have a normal account which is pre-paid</p> <p> </p> <p>Little did I know, minutes after the call, my line was suspended. When I called customer care, they mentioned that, my account was in arreas for R98 reason being, Vodacom tried to debit my bank account on the 01 of February 2017 and found R0 rands, but mind you, what was due by me to vodacom for the month of Feb was paid on the 27th of January 2017 via cash payment at the Vodacom store in Campus Square.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do understand the penalty of R98 because I gave vodacom the permission to debit my account on the 01st of every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 24th Feb 2017 I paid R320 including the R98 pernalty, but when I called to get my line back on the network nothing happend.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 09th March 2017, nothing has changed still, my line is still suspended.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've called vodacom about a 100 times already but all the answers I get is</p> <p> </p> <p>* We had issues with our system</p> <p>*Your line needs to be synchronised by the customer care</p> <p>*We have escalated your issue to IT</p> <p>* Our supervisor is in a meeting</p> <p>*Please give us an alternate number where we can get hold of you(when I do they dont call)</p> <p>*The agents just hang up the phone</p> <p>* I cannot help you, you account is in Pre-Legal</p> <p>*I would hold close to 20min just to get a response, you are in arrears thefore I cannot help you until you pay</p> <p> </p> <p>So I would like to know if this is good service for a customer who has been with Vodacom since 2006.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well, this is month will be my last installment with Vodacom, and according to the agent I spoke to on the 24th Feb 2017 today is the day my line will be converted to pre-paid, well I wont be able to see that nor enjoy the benefits</p> <p> </p> <p>Oh,by the way, I just called the agent about a minute ago, he mentioned that my line wont be opened cos I just got another penalty of R98 since Vodacom found zero rands in my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Vodacom for being such a good service provider, but I think its now time to switch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Maxwell </p>
