Bravo after Sales Service is the Worst!!
I bought a Sealy bed at this store more than three years ago; there is still warranty on this bed, when the straps broke, I contacted Dail abed and they contacted Bravo, I was told that I needed to pay an amount over R3000, rand for a new mattress because they don't do repairs on beds. My problem is my mattress is still in an exceptionally good condition looks like new, Bravo charges me for a new mattress and takes my mattress and sells it for EG: R5000, meaning they make a profit of R8500, price of the new mattress. I am Why can they not replace my mattress without any charges it is not my problem if they don't do repairs on mattresses. Why have a warranty if you don't do repairs?
The fact that the straps broke is not caused by incorrect handling, but by inferior workmanship, and I am expected to pay for this??
People that sell your products must make customers aware of this ******* before they buy your products. S391752.
