Very disappointed with Bolt’s handling of a serious situation. A driver confirmed he had my house keys, then became unreachable. For over 24 hours, support kept repeating scripted responses telling me to “be patient” while we were left unable to properly secure our home.
No urgency, no meaningful escalation, and no practical solution despite us offering to pay for delivery of the keys. Customers should not feel helpless when dealing with something this serious. Communication and accountability from both the driver and support team were extremely poor.
