Very disappointed with Bolt’s handling of a serious situation. A driver confirmed he had my house keys, then became unreachable. For over 24 hours, support kept repeating scripted responses telling me to “be patient” while we were left unable to properly secure our home. No urgency, no meaningful escalation, and no practical solution despite us offering to pay for delivery of the keys. Customers should not feel helpless when dealing with something this serious. Communication and accountability from both the driver and support team were extremely poor.
My frames were damaged so I went to the store for advise. Their consultant were professional, friendly and eager to help me out with all of my queries and questions, which was great. Days later, I was sorted with new frames, thank you Lindsey for the top notch service guys, you and your team rock!! Cheda B
