Incorrect item delivered - no resolution or accountability

I am writing this to warn other consumers about the absolute lack of accountability and competence at Boardmans.

Boardmans delivered an incorrect coffee machine for my order and, despite clear photographic proof of the SKU/model mismatch, the issue has still not been resolved for over a month.

Instead of arranging a straightforward collection and refund, I have been met with repeated responses about “internal investigations,” with no clear timeline or action taken. During this time, my funds were effectively tied up while I was left without the product I ordered.

I have now had to lodge a formal dispute with the bank just to recover my funds. Pathetic service and a total breach of the CPA. Avoid this retailer at all costs.
