Scammers of high note??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️

My friend referred us for a photoshoot at blush studio in Northcliff. We were made to believe by the booking consultant Loren Philander that it will cost us R300.00 for a whole photo shoot. This seemed suspicious however we went & to our surprise we ended up paying more than R3000.00 grand. We struggled to get our cd however after numerous folllow ups with telephone calls, emails & text messages they finally couriered the cd to my office. Everything seemed legit at the time. To my surprise I inserted the same cd into both my laptop & desktop.........boom the very same cd from blush studio was empty. I immediately forwarded an email & a text message to blush studio. Someone from their production department promised to revert in December 2017 & up to today no word from them. It was then Christmas holidays & I decided to take the matter up in January 2018. On my own accord, I took the very same cd to both photo first & postnet at Fourways mall this past Saturday. I was again informed that the cd was empty. On Monday I wrote an email to blush studio production department & cc’d their booking consultant Loren Philander as I wanted to drop the cd at their offices in Northcliff. By luck someone replied & promised to email back our pictures. Today is a beautiful Thursday morning & up to now we still have not received our pictures. I wrote them three emails & the last one I demanded our money back. I am not even expecting a reply from these people. However I can never never be crooked and or scammed by blush studios. Their service is so bad, I can’t even describe the manner in which customers are treated there. It’s just so pathetic, inexcusable & extremely unprofessional. Never ever be scammed again & be extra cautious of their terms & conditions.
