WARNING! AVOID STANDARD BANK "CREDIT PROTECTION"! WARNING!!!!

AVOID STANDARD BANK PRODUCTS / POLICIES AT ALL COST!!! If I could give zero star, I would! Standard Bank with Edgars introduced credit cards WITH CREDIT PROTECTION POLICY. And they LOVE taking my money, but.... now that I need to claim from this "CREDIT PROTECTION POLICY", suddenly no policy can be found!!??? (BUT THE MONTHLY DEDUCTION IS THERE - MAKE NO MISTAKE!!! THEY DO GET THEIR MONEY!

Standard Bank dropped the ball. Failed me as a long standing client

Whilst in Hospital on numerous occasions in December 2023, 59 Interbank transactions wer *****ulently conducted on my Standard Bank current account. An unprecedented no of transfers were conducted out of my current account. An unprecedented no of transfers Standard Bank only noticed this fact on 2 January 2024. Standard Bank as the final custodian of my funds. Dropped the ball . These irregular transactions could hav, sure pure volume been detected and stopped in early December. I should have been notified immediately and the current account frozen until such time as these transactions could be approved by myself. Or correctly identified as irregular and not to be authorised. This the SB ***** department failed to do. Allowing R 289000 to be ****** from mt current account The duty of care by the bank failed dismally

In side staff jobs not recognized by the Bank and customer service not interested.

After months of visiting a Standard Bank branch nothing come from there investigation no answers and no credit pass or refunded. More than a year ago funds was transferred out of my account with a reference code they can't explain or trace and therefore just promises and no refund.

Pathetic treatment by Standard Bank ***** Department

I am aggrieved by the treatment which I received from Standard Bank ***** Department regarding a case which I reported on the 3 October 2023. The total amount of which I was de*****ed was R5 999,98. The ***** took place on the 2 October 2023. I reported to Standard Bank ***** Department on the 3rd and spoke to Amanda Zitha. She supppp**** me a ***** case ref no. and immediately stopped my Bluebean card. I proceeded to open a case at the Police station where I received a case no. All relevant documents were emailed to Standard bank. I waited in anticipation but to no avail. I phoned the ***** department again and spoke to Bongiwe on the 23 Nov 2023 who assured me that my case would be escalated to the relevant authorities. Yet again a futile wait. On the 5 December 2023 I received an email from Standard Bank stating that I will only be reimbursed 50%of the total amount of which I had been de*****ed. I phoned the ***** Department and spoke to Lerato M. I mentioned that I could not accept the 50% reimbur*****t as I am a pensioner and that I did not use any of that money and required full reimbur*****t. I was td to send an email to Standard Bank stating my reasons and unhappiness. I sent the email through to Lerato M. who also told me my case would be escalated. To date I have not received a call or any other correspondence from Standard Bank ***** Department AND the full amount of R5 999,98 is still reflecting on my statements. What PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! Don't make any contact with the person and they will forget about it. Unfortunately not me.! Please assist me as I am frustrated and at the end of my tether.

Paid Up Letter

Good day I had a Standard Bank Bluebean Acc. The account have been paid up in 2019 already. The account have been at collections. I've been struggling to get a paid up letter from since November 2023 as the account still reflecting on my credit profile. Is it so difficult to get a paid up letter. I have been sending emails and numerous calls where I have been put through to many departments without any help. My account nr: 16987885 My cell : 076 291 0239 Name: Natalie Ronale Martin.
