Poor service / No commmunication
<p>I do not live in South Africa and found this company via word of mouth referral. We paid the full amount for getting a new passport done in South Africa (including getting the final product couriered to Kuwait).</p> <p> </p> <p>This should have taken two weeks. It is now the first week in December, and not only have we not received the passport, but the messages we send are not being responded to. We paid R 3140 into the bank account of Clarinda Roets on the 2nd of November 2016. Communication since 23 November has ceased completely, with my wife sending regular messages on Whatsapp, all of them receiving no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried to phone the company now. No response. I also sent an sms and also an email. I truly regret attempting to do business with BlitzpassportZA.</p>

Expats to avoid this company
<p>This company is not legaly registered. The owner C.Roets send you her banking details and her promise to assist in passports, birth certificates, police clearances and anything to do with SA documentation. Her asking price for SA Passports are R2 500 per application. I have been dealing with her since Feb 2016. We did the application via the SA Embassy in the UK this included the finger prints the forms and paid the application fees. I had to find a company to collect the passports on our behalfe due to our move to the States. All she needed to do is collect the passports and then courier them to our new address. I contacted my parents in S.A to see if they could reach her as she doesn't pick up her cell or respond to Facebook or txt messages or respond to her e-mails. My parents descovered that she worked for team visas and travel but 3 months ago started her own business, my mom reached out to team visa telling them that we can't trace our passports, they went searching for them and traced them for us. Many people have read my parents comments and reached out to them from all over the world asking if they know where the owner of Blitzpassports is as they paid her money for services and they are desperate to find her.</p>

<p>I think this is a scam. Like the other person on here said, once you pay this woman Clarinda Roets she just dissappears. </p> <p>I don't want to go into the whole ordeal this woman has caused but just know that she is a liar and a crook. Apart from making promises and not keeping them, she will eventually just stop even making promises and dissappear along with your money. </p>
