refuge not removed

I have tried to contact blaauberg municipality several times regarding refuge that gets removed late or like yesterday not at all. This is now a health issue and leads to another loophole for thieves that break into houses. My refuge bin was also stolen twice. All the contact numbers advertised on the internet is not working or just ringing. Is this the city that works for us??? <br>
