I'm experiencing the worst ever service from this service provider. Then I have a non medical person xoliswa nongalo that keep declining my claims. I've had an operation and my vastibular nerve was cut off due to a rare condition called SCDS I would like her to google that and see howmany people in SA have this condition, hence the reason there is only one Dr in the western cape that can perform this operation. I'm being told it's a voluntary use of non network provider... Halooo there is no one else IN THE WESTERN CAPE. I got ill at work and was rushed to Milnerton mediclinic where they could not help me. This same clinical team requested a lot of paperwork motivational letter CT scan reports and still after getting this info that I had to run around for they just decline it. Do we ask to get sick? This is how discovery treat you when you really need them. I'm really disgusted with this service. The medical aid wants you to say leave the operation as you cannot afford it. WHY DO WE HAVE A MEDICAL AID? discovery broke contract with Chris Barnard hospital and they're the only hospital in western cape who can assist me. I hope your medical team that make this decision face much worse issues in life. You don't care but believe me karma is a thing that will catch up with u
This is the worst service provider ever, I've been struggling with the internet dropping even shutting down however their AI say the tower is healthy. Meaning their hardware is faulty but they don't want to replace their faulty equipment my monthly fees has increased but the most sporadic service. I don't recommend anyone to use this service unless u want to struggle getting service from an Ai as no human works there. Since the middle of October I've been struggling and have not seen a technician.
The worst delivery service ever, they made me wait and loose 3days of work waiting for an important package. The online system they use is sporadic as you cannot track your parcel. When u call them you're placed on hold just to be disconnected. If any of the service providers uses them I WILL cancel my order immediately. You get refused to speak to a manager by Michelle the lady whom I spoke to last. I am the customer not one of your employees.
I'm so disappointed with discovery key care as I've had a brain operation just to find out they don't cover. Before I went for the operation. There is a reason for having a medical aid, I don't go to a hospital because I want to but it's a need. On the 13th of June I had an operation and was seen by the only Dr. In the Western Cape of this speciality, recovery from this take extremely long meaning I will be out of action for a very long time. Meaning I cannot work. Up till today I'm struggling with their team to clear payments for the specialist's that did this operation. This is the second time I'm having this issue and it's really frustrating as no one asks to get sick. I'm sitting with Dr's bills way above what I can afford but have a medical aid. Being boarded from work makes it even more difficult and frustrating. I've spent lots of money on calling them just to Everytime having to explain myself over and over they expect the patient to know the ICD 10 codings and procedures making this whole process sporadic. When your ill or recovering this should not be an issue as a medical aid should be there to take u by the hand and assist. There's such alot of products that doesn't get explained to u. Hence such alot of people if they hear discovery walk away. If u don't get ill they will easily take your funds but just get sick and see how u are treated. They don't care if u get lawsuits from Dr's bills. This is after sending the documentation they requested.

I've been medically boarded due to a rare medical condition and have been without a salary since February 2025. My company have an insurance with momentum and assured me I should be fine in the sense of shortfall of medical bills etc. I have called momentum several times regarding the issue of my funds as I'm facing difficulties and after my operation I need more tests etc everything is falling behind that would hv been paid up, I'm on the verge of loosing my medical aid. The service providers thinks I am lying as I'm telling them I'm waiting for MOMENTUM. They have told me it's an IT issue and cannot tell me when my payment would happen. So I should rather die for them to take me seriously. How long does it take for their IT team to sort out this issue as my taxes have been cleared already. Sheyaam has however been really trying to help me but I'm sure her managers or even top management don't care what happens to their clients. I wanted to move all my assets over to them but NO-WAYS with this service, by the looks of the amount of alarming complaints.
Another year has gone passed and Hanief Latief from janjira motors in Goodwood cape Town has failed to come to a conclusion with the counterfeit vehicle he sold. He ignore my messages but watch my statusses and blue tick my messages. I hope you're happy with the way you dealt with this matter, what goes around comes around. He was told by the police to atleast meet me halfway to give another vehicle but he and his wife refuses. Meanwhile our congregation suffers as we are still without a vehicle and money. Businesses like these prosper but not for long. God don't sleep.
Its another year and Janjira still didnt bother to make contact with me regarding the ****** bus he sold to me. The colonel at saps even told him the best would be to speak with me regarding this and settle out of court as he should have liability insurance. This Mr Latief doesnt care at all. Please people stay away from these people that just want your money and dont care what happens afterwards. I told him God dont sleep and i wont stop until the monies has been paid back or a vehicle has been replaced. Then these businesses complain if they have no customers but dont care about you. Hanief was to glad to hear my mom passed on hence the reason he didnt want to give the purchase order for the foton vehicle.
I will keep writing reviews about Janjira until they return my monies for selling a cloned vehicle to me. Ive even messaged Hanief who obviously dont see the need to answer me. He was so fast running to get this sale but now he dont hv the decency to reply. These people own other businesses but refuse to pay me back for a vehicle that the police now have. Wheres his business liability insurance. Dont play cat and dog youre a businessman
I bought a foton bus from Janjira auto in goodwood. Im not sure how they checked or sorted this vehicle over the pits but it was ****** and the police came to collect this vehicle from me also telling me they have to arrest me for being in possession of ****** property. Ive paid the full amount for the vehicle in cash and went to see Mr Hanief whose the owner. He said he did nothing wrong but according to him the police must do their investigation. Ive asked him for the purchase order as my mom died and she had the initial purchase order, he said he gave a copy of the papers to the police. Just to find out by the investigating officer he never did that but asked them to make our cases one case mainly so the focus is off him. This business is still operating meantime i dont hv a vehicle and no money. Ive contacted Mr Hanief who is now ignoring my messages. Please people stay away from this business. Im not sure why we have SAPS as nothing gets done about this.
